WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY NICA MONET JEWELS PIECE?
In general, our pieces have very fine
gold chain or metal.
We encourage you not to sleep in your new jewelry, as it will weaken the metals.
You can care for your jewelry (including that with hard gems such as diamonds, turquoise, and emeralds) at home using dish soap and hot water. We also recommend using a polishing cloth between deep cleans. Pieces with soft gemstones such as pearls, jade, and onyx should be treated with special care. Avoid scrubbing these pieces and only use a gentle dish soap and lukewarm water.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for all pieces returned to us in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition.
If you would like to make a return, please email care@nicamonetjewels.com with "return request" in the subject line.
Please note, that we do not accept returns for custom pieces.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PIECES?
We accept custom commissions on a
case-by-case basis.
